Hot Topic is an evening of open discussion about an interesting topic. This year we are souping up the discussion with hot soup, salad and dessert before the discussion begins around the Fireplace.
This month the topic will be how to respond to hate on social media. This topic was inspired by an article in Presbyterian News Service about a social media post of a woman spewing hate at a child in front of her own child. We will look at what the Bible says about hate and explore how we should or should not respond when we are exposed to hate,
This should be a souper hot topic.
