On Saturday, October 14, the Creston Kenilworth Neighborhood Association held a “Dumpster Day” at KPC. Four large dumpsters graced our parking lot and the street beside the church. For several hours, neighbors lined up to dispose of bulky trash. By the end of the day, all dumpsters were full.
In addition to trash, we collected furniture and goods that were donated to the Community Warehouse. A metal recycler retrieved metal items for recycling. And teams of SOLVE volunteers roamed the neighbor picking up trash.
